Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Directions
Step 1: In a medium pot over medium heat, add almond milk, turmeric and coconut oil.
Whisk until mixture is hot and ingredients are well combined.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients and whisk together rapidly. Do not let mixture begin to boil or burn.
Step 3: Use an emersion blender to fully incorporate. Blend on high until mixed well.
Add a dash of cinnamon on top if you desire. Pour into your favorite latte mug and enjoy!
