Did someone say “pumpkin spice?” Those two words stringed together are music to my ears. There’s nothing quite like the sweet and spicy combination of nutmeg, vanilla and coconut milk. Try this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie as an after dinner dessert. Top with whipped cream to make it feel like you’re drinking Christmas in a cup!
Makes 2 Smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup organic canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and combine until creamy smooth. Add extra almond milk to thin it out if needed. Top with whipped cream, pumpkin seeds, and a dash of cinnamon for extra decadence!
